Yesterday I posted here that Walgreens was having another great photo deal. I was a little surprised to see a coupon instead of a code, but hey, I’m always up for coupons.

Except when they don’t work. Apparently, you have to use the kiosk in the store, that is what is means by STORE COUPON (what????). Anyway, my Walgreens would not accept it and I left my cute 8 x10 picture with them because I was not going to pay 3.23 for it. So, sorry if you had the same trouble as me!

I read about a deal here about a $5 off coupon you can print here for any PICTUREKA! Game.  I used this coupon at Target where the card game is priced at $5.24 and got it  for only .24!  My mother-in-law picked it up at Wal-mart for a similar low price as well.

Tonight my husband, myself, and our six year old son tried this game out.  It actually has directions for 4 different games and we tried three of them.  Some of the pictures of the cards are weird but not what I would say inappropriate.  We had a blast!  Our son could read the cards and the game was cracking him up!

So, go snag this deal, if you haven’t yet.  Print 2 coupons and save one for someone’s stocking or gift basket!

We really don’t use a lot of paper towels at my house, we use linen napkins, dish towels and clothes, and “rags”.  That being said, I like to have a roll in the kitchen and one under each bathroom sink for gross jobs.

Today I had some register rewards to spend at Walgreens and tried to work some paper towels into the deal.  I ended up just grabbing a big roll of Bounty Select-A-Size, regular price 2.19 and on clearance for 1.59.  When I got to the register my deal did not work out as planned, I got the “you did something wrong beep, like maybe you have more coupons than items or maybe your total is in the negatives”.  Well, I recounted my items and my coupons so I knew the problem had to be with my register rewards being more than my total cost.  But, I had gotten out my calculator so I really didn’t think that was the problem either.  But, I went ahead and got 3 3 Musketeers (buy 3 for $2 get back $1 RR, not bad when you need a filler and I personally always NEED chocolate).  When I got to the car I checked my receipt and found the problem right away-  the Bounty had rung up for .55!!!

Needless to say, I grabbed the baby, some change and the $2 RR that I just gotten back from the Vitamin Stick Chapstick and went back for more.  I grabbed 4 and they all rung up for .55 each.  The cashier (she is one of my favs) wanted some too so I went back and got the last 5 for her.

Again, these were marked at 1.59 so be sure to have your cashier do a price check for you!
